If you are trying to start the gym, but you don’t know what to do. This guide is for you!
BEFORE YOU START
Make sure you don’t have major health issues that require medical intervention, like heart condition, diabetes, major operations in the last 12 months, etc. If you have any of these, consult your Doctor about start the gym.
First of all, you should take a gym tour to check on the areas (cardio machine, free-weights center, lifting area, etc). A good tour is key to getting started right.
First workout:
Try to start with light cardio (elliptical or treadmill) for 25-30 minutes. Start off slow and gradually increase the incline, resistance, or speed if you think you can do a little more.
Second Workout: Lower body
This large group is very important for daily activities like walk, run, climbing stairs, get in and out of the car, etc.

During your first month focus on cardiovascular resistance, good exercises techniques, and building trust and self-confidence. You already do the hard part that is START. Keep showing up, consistency and discipline will come in the road.
